发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the heat loss form a thin optical recording film and to obtain an optical disk of a low noise level which is free from cracking by using an inorg. material as represented by zirconia for thin heat insulating films between the thin optical recording film and substrates. CONSTITUTION:The thin heat insulating films 2, 3 are provided between the substrates 1, 6 consisting of an acrylic resin, etc., and the thin recording films 4 consisting of metal oxide including a chalcogen compd., etc. The inorg. material as represented by zirconia having the tensile strength higher than the thermal stress generated by heating at the time of photoirradiation is used for the films 2, 3 which are formed to >=500Angstrom thickness by a vacuum deposition method. Since the thin heat insulating films having the small difference between the heat conductivity and the coefft. of thermal expansion of the resin substrates and high tensile strength are provided in the above-mentioned manner, the heat loss from the heated thin recording film 4 is decreased and the substrates 1, 6 are protected against a high temp. state. The thin heat insulating films which are free from rupture by the difference in the coefft. of thermal expansion at the time of heating are thus obtd.
