PURPOSE:To accelerate processing speed, by processing an image after setting plural micro work pieces in the visual field of a camera, and recognizing the next micro work piece from the visual field of the camera based on an image data during the pickup operation of one micro work piece. CONSTITUTION:After the position correction of a first pellet 1 is completed, an output signal is sent from a CPU to a pickup driving circuit 8, and the pickup operation is started by driving a mounter 9. During the pickup operation of the first pellet 1, the pattern recognition of a second pellet 1 neighboring to the first pellet is performed based on a data set in the visual field of the camera, and stored in a frame memory 5, and also, the normal/defective condition of the second pellet 1 is discriminated. |
