PURPOSE:To directly input graphic corresponding to a designated area by providing a means which exposes a part corresponding to the designated area of a photosensitive body in a copying machine mainbody or the part excepting it based on graphic data stored in a graphic memory. CONSTITUTION:In a coordinate input/display device 2, voltage from a coordinate input board 3 is supplied to an editing CPU6 through an A/D converter 5, and stored in a coordinate registering area in a memory 7 connected to said CPU6. A prescribed bit in a display RAM8 is set based on the registered coordinate, and the graphic corresponding to that inputted to the coordinate input board 3 is displayed in a display 4. Namely, an LED array 19 is driven line by line in accordance with the contents of the display RAM8, and respective LEDs in the LED array flicker in accordance with the designated area and expose the prescribed part of the photosensitive body. Thus, the designated area can directly be inputted as the graphic from the coordinate input board 3 as the graphic, whereby operability considerably improves compared to a device in which the coordinate is inputted by a numeric. |
