PURPOSE:To reduce an overlapped portion over a partition plate and improve an efficiency of heat exchanging operation by a method wherein an air flow passage component element, a first block having shield portions overlapped and adhered to each other and a second block having the first block rotated by 180 deg. on the same plane are overlapped alternatively to expand them in such a direction as their non- adhered portions are separated away from each other. CONSTITUTION: Adhesive agent 3 is applied to both ends of long side of a paper partition plate 2 except air discharging ports 16 and 20, and an adhesive agent 4 is applied to the discharging ports 16 and 20 in a direction perpendicular to the adhesive agent 3. Each of paper passage component elements 5 and 7 is applied with an adhesive agent 8 inside and the same position of the adhesive agent 3 on the partition plate 2. Adhesive agent 11 on the shielding element 9 is applied inside the adhesive agent 4 on the partition plate 2. an adhesive agent 12 on the shielding element 10 is applied at the same position as that of the adhesive agent 4. After the passage component elements 5 and 7, a first block having the shielding elements 9 and 10 overlapped and adhered to each other and a second block having this first block rotated by 180 deg. on the same plane are overlapped and adhered to each other, they are expanded in such a direction as the non-adhered portions 19 are separated from each other to constitute a heat exchanger. |
