<p>PURPOSE:To increase the overall anti-cosmic ray intensity of an anti-cosmic ray reinforcing microprocessor mounted on an artificial satellite, etc., by adding a means only to a necessary part (CPU) to increase the anti-radiation intensity. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 1 is divided into a CPU part 1a and a microprogram part 1b and these parts are transformed into units. An anti- radiation reinforcing gate array is used to the part 1a and a ROM/RAM element is used to the part 1b respectively. This ROM/RAM element has comparatively high resistance to radiant rays and the overall anti-radiation intensity is increased just by applying an anti-radiation countermeasure to the part 1a.</p> |
