PURPOSE:To form the image of light information luminous flux stably on an optical recording medium by mounting a light information irradiation optical system on a fixed part as a different body from a rotary reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:The rotary reflecting mirror 10 which rotates is irradiated with the light information luminous flux LT projected by the light information irradiation optical system 15 mounted on the fixed part and the light information luminous flux LT which is reflected by a conic surface 10A is image-formed on the optical recording medium. The image formation position moves according to variation in the angle of the conic surface 10A which is caused by the rotation of the rotary reflecting mirror 10 to form a recording pattern on the optical recording medium 2. Consequently, the light information irradiation optical system 15 can be adjusted independently of the rotary reflecting mirror 10 principally in consideration of its optical characteristics, thereby stabilizing light irradiation conditions on the optical recording medium 2 more. |
