The subject of this invention is an apparatus in transport equipment, especially for goods or similar in a railroad car to lessen the forces caused by the transport equipment collision. Between the transport equipment body part (1) and freight transportation platform (2) there are devices (3, 4, 5) enabling the transport platform (2) to be moved in relation to the body (1) in such a way that when the transport equipment collides with an obstacle, the movement of the transport platform (2) is parallel to the transport equipment movement and also vertical in relation to the body (1).<IMAGE>
