The method produces an oblong constructional component of mouldable material. A sheet (2) forming a cylinder or prism is placed inside the mould (1) before injection or pouring of the material, which is then delivered inside the sheet. On knocking out, the sheet can be left around the component (4) until the latter is ready for use. The sheet can be inserted in a first horizontal mould half open to the top, its edges being spread apart and the material poured inside it. They are then folded together and a second half is placed on top of them and fixed to the first, after which the complete mould is rotated to give a centrifugal effect. The halves are finally sepd. and the component knocked out enclosed in the sheet. USE - For concrete piles used in building and civil engineering, with smooth and non-porous surface.
