The moulding tool for multicomponent plastics, in particular polyurethane, consists of two mould halves 1, 2, of which the upper mould half can be hinged open for demoulding the workpiece and has vent bores. The vent bores are formed on a plunger 5 which, when the mould half 2 is hinged open, can be pushed forwards into the mould cavity. The plunger is advantageously designed with a conical or tapering shape, the largest surface area being the end face of the plunger forming, in the closed position, the mould wall. By the fact that the plunger can be moved into the mould cavity, the operator 4 can clean it without a change of position being necessary. The operator no longer has to walk to the rear side to remove the mushroom-shaped flash on the rear side when the upper mould half is hinged open. <IMAGE>
