Method of quantitatively evaluating rhinomanometry curves

The invention relates to a novel method of quantitatively evaluating rhinomanometry curves by selection of undistorted measured curves and averaging thereof for determining the rhinomanometric parameters. In a first step, those curves are eliminated which do not fulfill the condition <IMAGE> and in a second step those curves are eliminated whose volume flow deviates from an averaged curve by a value of more than 100 Pa or 50%. This step is repeated, where appropriate, with reduction of the deviations, and the remaining curves are used to calculate an average curve for determination of the rhinomanometric parameters.
