PURPOSE:To enable forming a resin magnet which is excellent in magnetic characteristics, strength against pressure etc., by grinding a magnet alloy under the existence of an antioxidant liquid, by kneading by adding bonding resin powder and by forming in a mold by heating and pressing. CONSTITUTION:A raw material, magnet alloy, is thrown in a ball mill, a tube mill, a hammer mill, a rotary compressing type grinder, a disk friction grinder or another sort of well-known grinder with a 10 % solution of antioxidation liquid N-ethyl pyrrolidone, a solvent of an imidoresin, and is ground to desirably a grain size approx. 1-several ten mum. The obtained magnet alloy powder wet with the antioxidation liquid is added with bonding resin powder and kneaded sufficiently. The mixed material 1 is filled in a mold 2, pressed by punches 3 and 4, the mixed material 1 in the mold is heated by making a current flow in a heating wire 5 and a desired resin magnet form can be obtained. |
