An electrical fuse link is described having a ceramic tube (1), which is filled with extinguishing sand and whose two ends are covered by closure elements (2), and having contact blades which project out of the closure elements (2) and are connected by a melting conductor, the closure elements being connected to the ceramic tube (1) in a positively locking manner by means of fastening parts (3) which are located in the ceramic tube (1) in blind threaded holes (11) which are open at the end. In order that the closure elements (2) can be fastened to the ceramic tube (1) more reliably and more economically, according to the invention, the fastening parts (3) are blind rivets. <IMAGE>
