PURPOSE:To eliminate a complicated impedance regulating work thereby to stabilize a variation in a load by connecting a parallel resonator having a high Q (sharpness of resonance) in parallel with the output terminal of a current type inverter. CONSTITUTION:A parallel resonator (tank circuit) 3 is connected in parallel between the output terminals 2a and 2b of a current type inverter 1, has a high Q, and affects an influence so that the impedance at the time of observing a load side becomes substantially a resistance component. when the tank circuit 3 is parallel-resonated to present a high frequency signal between output terminals 2a and 2b, the impedance Z0 observed at the side of the power source 1 is determined by the impedance of the tank circuit 3. Accordingly, even if the impedance is varied at the load side, its variation amount is so small as to be ignored. Thus, the influence due to this cause does not affect the interior of the power source 1. Thus, the value of the element in a matching circuit 7 is not necessarily maintained in a completely matched state by delicately regulating the value of each element, thereby eliminating a complicated regulating work. |
