PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of the operation efficiency of a spinning machine and winder by forming a full bobbin storage passage for temporarily storing a full bobbin on a transport band which is doffing-treated, midway on the full bobbin transport passage between the spinning machine and the winder. CONSTITUTION:All the full bobbins on a transport band which are doffing- treated in a spinning machine SP1 are discharged once onto a full bobbin transport passage, and once stored onto storage passages 11 and 11a, and the state free of the full bobbin on the band is generated. Each time when a full bobbin is demanded as a vacant bobbin is discharged from a winder W, the full bobbin on the storage passages 11 and 11a are supplied, and the vacant bobbin returned to the spinning machine is supplied onto the peg on the hand in waiting state. When the full bobbins in the storage passages 11 and 11a are supplied onto all the winders W, the vacant bobbins are arranged along a spinning spindle. Therefore, another time for supplying the vacant bobbin is unnecessary. Therefore, the spinning machine SP1 and the winder W can be connected without reducing the operation efficiency.
