PURPOSE:To make it possible to cook a tasty heated food, by putting a gourmet food to be cooked in a cooker using a material to transmit high-frequency energy and laying an oven tool of a specific structure under a bottom-forming part of the cooker. CONSTITUTION:A gourmet food ingredient 4 to be cooked is put in a cooker 3 of a proper shape using a high-frequency energy transitting material having a printed indication 2 such as number, letter, mark, red circle, etc., capable of distinguishing heating time by difference in color on the top or side 1 of the container. An oven tool 11 which is obtained by setting a continuous pattern of a metallized layer 8 divided into mutually discontinuous small regions on one side or both sides of a synthetic film 6, superimposing two sheets of gap- adjusting covering paper a with proper thickness on both sides of the film 6 and bonding by a thermosetting adhesive is laid under a bottom-forming part 5 of the container 3 or the bottom-forming part is piled on the oven tool in such a way that the gap between the bottom forming part 5 and the metallized layer 8 is 0.1-90mm. Consequently a tasty processed food is cooked. |
