PURPOSE:To obtain a feed additive composition for ruminants containing an active substance being effectively digested and absorbed in digestive organs in and after the fourth stomach,by coating a nucleus containing a carbamate of a basic amino acid with a specific synthetic high polymer. CONSTITUTION:A carbamate of a basic amino acid such as lysine, ornithine, hydroxylysine, etc., is used as nucleating agent to prepare a fed additive composition for ruminants in any shape, containing a physiologically active substance. then 100pts,wt. composition is coated with 10-200pts.wt. covering agent consisting of a synthetic high polymer such as a copolymer of 2-vinylpyridine and styrene, which is dissolvent in water or swelled in an acidic range of pH <=5. |
