The present invention relates to screwing precast concrete compound units on one another. Up until now, concrete parts have had to be connected by casting or adhesively bonding them, by plugging them together or by provisionally connecting them in some other manner. This not only resulted in unsatisfactory results in terms of stability, but was also frequently dangerous. Just think of the large number of accidents in conjunction with silo construction in agriculture. The novel connection makes it possible not only to produce strong, but flexible connections, but at the same time also to minimise the safety risk. The connection is arranged at a 45-degree angle with respect to the concrete part. It comprises a screw which is mounted on either side of a hemispherical joint. An endless seal is located between the two structural parts. The flexibility of the entire "structure" can be influenced by the thickness of this seal. The hemispherical mounting achieves the effect that, even in the event of relatively large expansions, the connection holds satisfactorily and also remains sealed. The two ends are arranged within the structural part, with the result that, upon filling in the screwed openings, a planar surface remains.
