The hose comprises at least one S-shaped profiled strip which is wound up spirally in the axial direction and the free longitudinal side edges (2, 3) of which are connected to each other between the successive windings (4). In addition, at least one electric conductor (9) is taken along with the profiled strip in the longitudinal direction. To simplify production, in at least one longitudinal side edge (2, 3) of the profiled strip there is provided at least one depression (7, 8), which runs along with it in the longitudinal direction and is covered by the longitudinal side edge (3, 2) of the neighbouring winding (4). In the depression there is an electric conductor (9), which preferably takes the form of an electrically conducting composition with which the depression (7, 8) is filled. This composition is, in particular, an adhesive which conducts electrically and covers surfaces (5, 6) of the longitudinal side edges (2, 3) intended for connecting. <IMAGE>
