<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the erasure of a decimal point symbol and the input display of a new decimal point symbol by operating a decimal point symbol input key so as to erase decimal point symbols other than that at the display position and displaying the decimal point symbol at the display region opposite to the display direction. CONSTITUTION:A portable data processor 1 having an arithmetic processing function and a data registration/call function together is provided with a key input section 2, a CPU3, a display section 4 such as a liquid crystal, a data storage section 5, and an arithmetic storage section 60. The CPU3 is provided with a storage section 6, a display control section 7 and a control section 9 controlling a ROM8 and the storage section 6 is provided with an input buffer 10, a display buffer 11, a working register 12 and a flag area 13. The storage section 5 is provided with each area for management information, secret registration and normal registration. Through the constitution, in inputting a numeral, after one or plural numerals are inputted in succession to the decimal point symbol input, the decimal point symbol input key is operated again and the symbol displayed already is erased and the a new symbol is displayed on the preceding display position.</p> |
