摘要 The invention relates to a method for increasing selectivity during the investigation of vibration for diagnosis and monitoring of the mechanical state and the operational behaviour of rotating machines, in particular thermal turbo-engines on sliding bearings, with the aim of avoiding damage, early detection of damage and the avoidance of consequential damage. It is the object of the invention to take account of the previously existing possibilities of diagnosis on the design particulars of the relevant installations in general and their way of running in particular by further consideration of the vibration indicators (absolute amount and phase angle). This is accomplished according to the invention by filing in an indicator memory (1) the signal components of the various states, which components are harmonic with respect to the rotation frequency, by filing the arithmetic mean for each signal component in a reference value memory (2) and using a monitoring module (3) to determine the differential value indicator between the actual state and mean reference state, to compare it with the standard range and to signal any infringements. In addition to the indicator memory (2), a parameter memory (4) is formed which detects the associated operating parameters at the respective measuring point. A regressor 5 provides a function for predetermining the reference value. <IMAGE>
