PURPOSE:To regulate the position of a skin film in a mold and to prevent excessive adhesion of the skin film to a foam by combining a specified extracting film and a shut off film with said skin film. CONSTITUTION:After molding, a tearable band-like extracting film (lead film) 5 is put adhesively between the upper surface 2 and the side surface 3 of a skin member 1, whereby a joint 4 is formed. This skin member is set in the mold composed of a bottom force 11 and an intermediate mold 12, and the lead film 5 is taken out from the mold through a parting surface 15. Further, after a shut off film 6 has been set inside of the side surface 3 of the skin member, a top force 3 is placed thereon. Next, the lead film 5 emerging from the parting surface of the molds is pulled, and the skin member 1 is exactly set in the mold. Finally, a foam is poured and expanded by foaming, whereby a molded foam is obtained, tearing the lead film 5. Because the shut off film 6 is caused to intervene therebetween, the foam does not adhere to the side surface of the skin member, thereby obtaining the molded foam excellent in cushion property. |
