PURPOSE:To prepare a gel-containing drink containing uniformly dispersed gel in poured liquid even during storage, by adding a specific amount of oil and fat to a drink containing a plurality of granular or thin pieces of gel in poured liquid. CONSTITUTION:A drink containing a plurality of granular or thin pieces of gel (preferably gelling agent such as agar or its mixture or a reaction product of a polyvalent metal salt and an alginic acid salt or its mixture) in a poured liquid (e.g. water, fruit juice, etc.) is added with 1.5-3.0pts. of an oil and fat (preferably powdery oil and fat) based on 100pts. of the gel. |
