PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ink having low viscosity and excellent metallic luster, mark color tone adhesivity and water-resistance and suitable for marking pen, writing brush, etc., by using powdery aluminum pigment, an ampholytic compound, a resin emulsion and water as essential components. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink contains (A) preferably 8-15wt% powdery aluminum pigment (preferably having average particle diameter of <20mum, surface-treated with a surfactant, etc., and moistened with a hydrocarbon solvent such as mineral terpentine to form a paste), (B) preferably 0.1-3wt% ampholytic compound (e.g. coconut oil fatty acid amide propyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, etc.), (C) preferably 10-30wt% resin emulsion (e.g. acrylic acid ester- vinyl acetate copolymer) and (D) water as essential components and, preferably, further contains (E) an organic pigment and (F) a metallic soap. |
