PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of magnetic powdery fragments without fail and thereby to improve the quality of a product, by a method wherein a member for a magnet fitted to a yoke is magnetized to be the magnet and this magnet is coated together with the yoke. CONSTITUTION:A member 1 for a magnet is bonded to a rotor yoke 4 by a bonding agent 3. This yoke 4 is provided with a through hole 4a for a rotating shaft. Next, an external magnetic field H for magnetization is applied to form a magnet 1M. On the occasion, a chip is sometimes caused in the edge part 1c of the magnet 1M by magnetization. After the completion of the magnetization, a film 2 is formed on the entire surfaces of the magnet 1M and the rotor yoke 4 by coating. Even when a chipped part 1c is formed in the magnet 1M, in this case no fragment scatters from the chipped part, since this chipped part 1c is coated also with the film 2. Besides, a film 2a formed on the inside of the through hole 4a of the rotor yoke 4 is exfoliated when the rotating shaft is pressed into the through hole 4a. |
