<p>PURPOSE:To produce the high class sheet with light and shadow pattern in large scale by a method in which first, the light and shadow pattern is made or a releasing paper, and thereon a synthetic resin sheet is laminated under heating and then finally the light and shadow pattern is transferred onto the synthetic resin sheet, peeling off the releasing paper. CONSTITUTION:The release backing paper 1 having deep recessed portions and shallow recessed portions, is coated with a paint 4 and then is dried and cooled. Next, thereon the hot lining sheet 5 rolled into a specified thickness is pressed, and is continuously laminated by topping. After cooling, the releasing paper 1 is teared off, and said coating film 4 is transferred onto the lining sheet 5, thereby making the sheet having the surface coating film 4 having the light and shadow pattern aligning its self with embossing pattern. Because the bright and shadow pattern corresponding to the embossing pattern is obtained by calender process, its mass production is possible to be achieved, and more over the surface coating film 4 and the lining sheet layer 5 may be made from different polymers. Thus, a dry leather touch sheet is obtained.</p> |
