METHOD FOR ATTACHING POWDERY OR GRANULAR ADDITIVE TO FLAKY OR GRANULAR FOOD

PURPOSE:To prepare a flaky or granular food preventing the denaturation of proteins or oxidation of oil and fat, by coating a flaky or granular food with a sugar syrup, attaching a powdery or granular additive thereto and again coating the food with a sugar syrup. CONSTITUTION:A flaky or granular food is coated with a sugar syrup (preferably having a concentration of Bx70-Bx80) and attached with a powdery or granular additive (e.g. a protein, etc., having a particle size of preferably 80-150mesh). The product is again coated with a sugar syrup to obtain the objective flaky or granular food containing a powdery or granular additive or oil and fat completely coated with a sugar syrup.
