PURPOSE:To make a recorder compact in size, by disposing a microcomputer board so that the printed wiring side thereof is opposed to the inner side of a cover body, providing a recording printer on the side of a main body of a casing, and utilizing the space between the printer and the microcomputer board as a storing space. CONSTITUTION:The space in a casing 2 surrounded by a printer 5 disposed in the casing 2, those component parts associated with the printer which are larger than the printer in height and a microcomputer board 4 is used as a storing space 20 for storing a recording paper 12a discharged from the printer 5 after being printed. Therefore, the entire body of a recorder 1 covered by the casing can be made smaller and compact in size. The microcomputer board 4 is so disposed that the printed wiring side thereof faces the inner side of a cover body 2b thereby electrostatic charges on the recording paper 12a does not affect a microcomputer. Therefore, the breakage of the microcomputer or the generation of noise will not occur even when the storing space 2e is small, and the overall thickness of the recorder can be reduced. |
