PURPOSE:To ensure the quicken the changeover of a logic level from L to H level or vice versa by connecting the input/output of a DC positive feedback circuit subject to latch up in any of L or H state to an output of a logic circuit to which a digital signal line is connected. CONSTITUTION:The DC positive feedback circuit 2 is latched up to the H level at a point of time when a line voltage VL rises to a prescribed threshold level Vth1 at the transient state where the line voltage VL on a word line W is switched from the L to the H state by the logic circuit 1. Then, the output of the DC positive feedback circuit 2 subject to latch up to the H level pulls up the word line W. Thus, the leading of the line voltage VL is accelerated to decrease a time td1 giving sure arrival to the H level.
