PURPOSE:To obtain a stabilizer for a DC, having a vibration attenuation factor, by using a thermosetting resin, a reinforcing material, and an inorganic packing material, as main components. CONSTITUTION:As for a thermosetting resin, an unsaturated polyester resin whose wetting and flow are good, especially is used, and the content rate is selected to 20-35% by a weight reference. As for a reinforcing material, especially, a glass fiber is used, and the content rate is selected to 15-30%. As for an inorganic packing material BaSO4 is used, its wear resistance is increased by adding it about 40-70%, and a necessary weight is given to a thin wall disk plate. Also, in accordance with necessity, 0.2-0.5% benzoyl peroxide, etc., and about 1-2wt% coloring matter, mold releasing agent, thickener, etc., are added to unsaturated polyester, as a curing catalyst. As for a stabilizer by this constitution, the vibration attenuation factor is good, the drop of a reproducing sound quality from a resonance and a mechanical vibration is prevented, and the flatness is held irrespective of a super thin type, and the strength is excellent.
