PURPOSE:To shorten the check time by providing a table where only prescribed processing conditions are stored or designated conditions to be processed are stored and executing the check processing of data in accordance with the table. CONSTITUTION:When the check of a group of data is started, one data is checked with only a designated condition, and following data is checked similarly after the check of said data is terminated. After all data are checked with a prescribed condition, the condition is changed to check data again. In case that AND and OR processings are combined as conditions, data is checked with a condition column (1) A; and if data coincides, the column of Next 1 is referred to obtain '2' as the number of the condition to be next checked. If data does not coincide, the column of Next 2 is referred to obtain '3'. Number '2' indicates a condition B, and '9' is obtained as the number of the condition to be next checked if data coincides with the condition B. If data does not coincide with the condition A, data is checked to accordance/dissidence with a condition C because number '3' indicates the condition C.
