PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having excellent skin stability and trichogenous and hair-growth promoting actions, by using [benzo-1,2,4- thiadiazine]-1-dioxide derivative and benzyl alcohol and, if necessary, isopropyl alcohol and/or water. CONSTITUTION:The objective dissolved composition contains (A) one ore more kinds of [benzo-1,2,4-thiadiazine]-1-dioxide derivatives [e.g. 7-chloro-3-methyl-2 H-[benzo-1,2,4-thiadiazine]-1-dioxide], (B) benzyl alcohol and, if necessary, (C) isopropyl alcohol and/or water. The pH of the system is 9.5-11 when the system contains water. Preferably, the amounts of the dioxide, benzyl alcohol and water are 0.001-10wt%, 3.0-15wt% and 20-50wt%, respectively. The agent has excellent usability. |
