PURPOSE:To prevent a document from being separated accidentally, by displaying the document to be separated for 'confirmation', when an operator indicates the document desired to separate by an operating means. CONSTITUTION:A bit of document information designated by the operating means 1 is read out from a file 9 to a control means 8 through a file input- output means 6, and when it is a cutform, the image of the document is displayed on a display means 7. Also, when it is a bind form, member documents are detected from a data part in the bit of document information by a member document detecting means 3, and one of them is displayed on the display means 7. And when the document desired to be separated exists, the operator reads out it on the display means 7, and depresses a 'confirmation' key (not shown in figure), and executes the separation of the documents. |
