摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a flow meter which has superior mechanical strength heat resistance and also has good productivity by forming such as lead less structure that glass fibers are used as the bobbin material of a heat generating resistors, a platinum wire is wound successively closely and roughly by turns, and the close winding parts are connected directly to support conductors. CONSTITUTION:The platinum wire 23 is wound around the surface of the bobbin 31 made of the glass fibers closely and roughly at such a specific period that the bobbin 31 has specific length after being cut. Then the wire is cut at a close winding part to obtain the bobbin 31 having the wire wound closely at both ends. This bobbin 31 is welded to the thinned parts 34 of the support conductors 25 and supported, and then the bobbin is coated with glass 33. Thus, the heat generating resistor 1 is constituted in a leadless structure and the wire is wound automatically and continuously at a high speed without braking nor having variance in pitch. Further, the glass fiber bobbin consisting of the platinum wire, glass, etc., having high fusion points is flexible.</p>
