摘要 PURPOSE:To generate a straight line at high speed, by performing the parallel processing of displacement quantity arithmetic calculation to find a distance between two points, etc., and division arithmetic calculation to find slope between the two points, and furthermore, performing the parallel processing of those two kinds of arithmetic calculation and sequence of points generation arithmetic calculation. CONSTITUTION:The absolute value data 1DELTAX1 and 1DELTAY1 of a component in every axis direction obtained at a displacement quantity arithmetic circuit 1, and a main axis data are inputted to a division arithmetic circuit 10. A slope data DELTAS found at the division arithmetic circuit 10 is loaded on a slope information register 4 through a register 14. The slope data DELTAS in the slope information register 4 is added and accumulated at every issuing of a clock CL by a register 2 and an adder 3. A control circuit 11 monitors the operating states of the displacement quantity circuit 1, the division arithmetic circuit 2, and a sequence of points generation circuit, and generates a signal LOAD which controls the loading of each data.
