PURPOSE:To enable to supply the liquid to any place without making the equipment complicated, by connecting three syringe pumps to a single, driving device and providing each syring pump flow passage with a three-way valve that can select a connected state to a liquid container or to the use side. CONSTITUTION:Three syringe pumps 211, 212, and 213 are connected to a motor, a single driving device 22, while each flow passage connected to the inside of each syringe pump is provided with a three-way valve device 271, 272 or 273, respectively. It is possible for these three-ways valve devices 271, 272, and 273 to selectively connect the syringe pumps 211, 212, and 213 to either piping 261, 262 and 262 for cleaning of a reagent nozzle, a cell and a sampling nozzle, or piping 281, 282 and 283, which are led to a liquid container device 24 storing the ion exchange water W. With this constitution, the structure can be simplified because only one driving device 22 is needed, while the ion exchange water W can be suppled any place because the said three-way valve devices can be operated separately from each other. |
