PURPOSE:To obtain a light and thin battery with high performance by using a thin film, which is formed by hardening a composite of acryloyl denaturation polyalkylene oxide and inorganic ion salt through the irradiation of active rays, as electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:Graphite and binder such as Teflon powder are mixed with a positive electrode active material and the mixture is pressedly formed and heated so as to form a positive electrode plate. The foil of lithium metal as an active material is coated with a composite of electrolyte and then is irradiated by active rays so that the thin film of a solid electrolyte composite is formed. The positive electrode plate is laminated onto such a thin film so as to form a battery. Since the electrolyte composite is made of solid, there is no liquid leakage and the electrolyte composite is made to be thinner, thereby it is possible to obtain a light and thin battery with high performance. |
