PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of faulty molding upon the rise-up of the starting of molding by a method wherein a cooling water temperature is set at two stages, different depending on the period of stopping a molder and the period of molding, while the cooling water temperature is slowed down upon the rise-up of the starting of molding especially so as not to generate the fluctuation of a mold temperature substantially. CONSTITUTION:A water temperature TL during molding, water temperature TH during stopping the molding and the slow down time (m) of cooling water temperature upon the rise-up of the starting of molding are set previously in a temperature setter accommodated in a setter 29. A micro-computer 30 decides the operating condition of a molder and outputs to a temperature controller 31 in accordance with the result of the decision while handling the above-described set values of water temperature as the target values of temperature control. Especially, the slow-down temperature of the cooling water is operated at every predetermined times upon the rise-up of the starting of molding to make it the target value of cooling water temperature control. The temperature controller 31 effects the feedback control of the condition of a heater 22 through a valve positioner 32 and a heater driving circuit 33 in accordance with a difference between these target values and the measured value of the temperature of cooling water for a mold M, which is measured by a temperature sensor 28, and regulates the opening degree of a servo system mixing type three-way valve 26 or switches a valve circuit for the same valve 26. |
