PURPOSE:To improve the degree of freedom of mounting by forming lens sections at four positions in the lateral direction and one position in the vertical direction of a light-emitting pellet. CONSTITUTION:A light-emitting pellet 3 is die-bonded onto a cathode substrate 2a so that the four corners 3a-3d of the pellet each coincide with the optical axes of lens sections 1a-1d shaped to a molding body. The pellet 3 and an anode substrate 2b are wire-bonded by a gold wire 4. Resin mold is conducted, and the molding body 1, lens sections 1a-1e are formed at four positions in the lateral direction of which and one position in the vertical direction of which and which has a shape shown in the figure, is acquired. Accordingly, the equal amount of light can be obtained from four directions, thus improving the degree of freedom of mounting. |
