PURPOSE:To enhance the separation efficiency of an isotope, by detecting the naturally emitting light from an isotope excited desired to be separated discharged from a separation recovery apparatus to correct the oscillation timing of ionizing laser. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillation timing control apparatus is constituted by arranging a chamber 1 separating and recovering an isotope, an exciting laser oscillator 2, an ionizing laser transmitter 3, an oscillation timing controller 4 for ionizing laser, condensing lenses 5, 6, a spectroscope 7 for taking out only the naturally emitting light from an atom desired to be separated and a photoelectric converter element 8. When the oscillation timing of the ionizing laser is delayed, the number of atoms returning to a ground state from an excited isotope by natural discharge increase and the number of photons incident to the photoelectric converter element 8 increase. Therefore, the oscillation timing controller 4 is controlled so as to make the output value of the photoelectric converter element 8 min. to enhance electromagnetic efficiency. |
