<p>PURPOSE:To make a light intake hole in a small size and enhance the appearance by throttling the light penetrating a light collecting cover using a disc provided with an aperture for throttling the amount of light, allowing the throttled light to make incidence onto a light fiber, and by sending the incident light to a light controller. CONSTITUTION:With a sleeve 4 a light collecting lens 3 is held ahead the end face of a light fiber 1 with ferule 2 mounted at its tip, and the sleeve 4 is fitted in a through hole 5b in a light shuttering case provided with a recess 5a for accommodation 5a, wherein the foremost of said through hole 5b is open to said recess for accommodation 5a. Using a screw 11 is disc 10 is mounted on a shaft 5c formed in that position of light shuttering case 5 apart by l from the center of the through hole 5b, wherein said disc 10 rotates round said shaft 5c.
