PURPOSE:To maintain the position of a body to be transferred on a transfer line device at a specific position with the automatic adjustment of the displacement amount of the body to be transferred by providing a moving magnetic field generating means at the vicinity of the body to be transferred and controlling the moving direction and size of a moving magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A primary side coil 11 of a linear induction motor arranged at the vicinity of the body 5 to be transferred causes the magnetic field progressing in the direction of either A or B. In case of the body 5 to be transferred being transferred to an ideal position. The amount of the parallel light projected from a projector 6a becomes in the state of about 1/2 being shielded by the body 5 to be transferred. In this state the output voltage of an optical detector 6b is equal to the reference voltage. When the body 5 is displaced, the output voltage of a differential amplifier 7 becomes a positive or negative polarity. A trigger pulse is caused according to this polarity and thyristors 3a, 3b are ignited. The primary side of the linear induction motor is excited by the excited current subjected to phase control by the thyristors 3a, 3b and the body 5 is returned to the ideal position of the line device by the thrust corresponding to said displacement. |
