PURPOSE:To provide an excellent effect of preventing spatter sticking and the excellent sustaining characteristic thereof and to prevent the wear and damage of a nozzle, etc., by making combination use of specific components at prescribed ratios and forming the same into the form of a water soluble emulsion. CONSTITUTION:This agent contains 1-30wt% at least one kind of fats and oils selected from animal and vegetable fats and oils, animal and vegetable waxes and synthetic fatty acid esters as components. This agent further contains 1-30wt% at least one kind of non-ester type waxes selected from mineral waxes, petroleum waxes and synthetic hydrocarbon waxes. The water soluble agent for preventing the spatter sticking having the form of a water soluble emulsion is formed by incorporating the above-mentioned components therein. The working efficiency of a welding operation is improved and the life of the nozzle is extended by using such preventive agent. |
