PURPOSE:To surely execute gas venting by simple mechanism by at first rotating a valve in detecting line at the prescribed angle at the time of flowing molten metal in an exhausting passage and arranging the means closing a valve in exhausting line by flowing air under linkage with the valve in detecting line. CONSTITUTION:At the time of injecting-molding, the molten metal is filled up in a cavity and flowed in the exhausting passage, and then at first, it is reached to the value 8 in detecting line and collided to a valve stem end part 10a. Then, the valve stem is rotated at alpha angle together with a cam 15 and so an air valve 41 is shifted toward right direction by force of a compression spring 47 and air is supplied in a space (b) through an air supplying hole 53. As a space (a) and the space (b) is communicated by shifting of the air valve 41, the air is supplied from (b) space to the (a) space through passage fitting 44. By this air pressure, a piston 21 of the valve 9 in exhaust line is shifted downward together with the valve 9 in exhaust line is shifted downward together with the valve stem 20 and an exhaust hole 35 is closed by a head 20a. When the molten metal solidifies, the formed product is ejected from the die by shrinkage force due to solidification and so the valve 9 in exhaust line is returned to the open-state. |
