PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of coloring in microcapsules by projecting an image displayed on a liquid crystal dot matrix display body to a seat coated with the microcapsules. CONSTITUTION:The microcapsules into which light curing resin and colorless dye are sealed are applied to the capsule seat 1 and planely held on the seat 1. A display device 4 is a dot matrix type liquid crystal display body characterized by high accuracy and high light shielding efficiency and an image original processed by an image processor 8 is displayed on the device 4. Light controlled at its light quantity is radiated from a light source unit 6 on the back of the device 4 to the image original and then projected to the sheet 1 through a projection unit 3. The seat 1 to which the image original is projected is superposed and pressed by a press roll unit 7 and the same image as the image original is projected to a receiver seat 2. A color image can be formed by synthesizing colors by using a color filter 5.
