PURPOSE:To reduce the intrusion rate of chips into a tool socket by arranging two main spindles at an interval of 180 deg. around a rotary shaft of a turret head and arranging two main spindles at a crossing angle of 90 deg. each other. CONSTITUTION:A turret head 4 crosses with the shaft which is horizontal for the working direction, namely the Z axis at an angle of 45 deg., and is rotatably supported by a turning shaft 5 positioned on the horizontal surface. The turret head 4 is divided at each revolution angle of 180 deg. around a rotary shaft 5 by a dividing motor 6 on the basic board 3 side and a dividing mechanism 7 inside. Further, the turret head 4 is rotatably equipped with two main spindles 81 and 82 arranged at the cross angle of 45 deg. for the revolution shaft 5, namely at an angle of 90 deg. each other on the same plane, at each interval of the revolution angle of 180 deg. around the revolution shaft 5 on the front surface side. A variety of tools 10 are fixed in demountable state inside each tool socket at the top edges on the main spindles. |
