PURPOSE:To prevent a slip between the ejecting surface and a molded form, which is caused by ejection of an ejecting pin, and separate the molded from a mold surely, by forming a hooking part on the ejecting surface at the tip end of the ejecting pin. CONSTITUTION:The mold clamping of a movable mold 20 and a fixed mold 40 is effected and, subsequently, a molding material filling cavity is filled with the molding material. Upon filling the molding material, a hooking groove 12 of ah ejecting pin 10 is also filled with the molding materaial. After finishing the filling of the molding material, the molding material in the molding material filling cavity is cooled and solidified. Thereafter, the fixed mold 40 is separated from the movable mold 20 and a water collector 1, fitted into the movable mold 20, is ejected by the ejecting pin 10 to release it from the mold. In this case, the hooking grooves 12, formed on the ejecting surface 11, and hooking recesses 2, formed on the water collector 1, are in engaged condition, therefore, the ejecting pin 10 ejects the water collector 1 surely without slipping to release it from the movable mold 20. Thus, the water collector 1 is taken out of an injection molding device and the molding is finished.
