PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and to store data semipermanently by providing a write means, a read means, a storage means, a data decision means and an arithmetic processing means and storing plural same data in an IC memory. CONSTITUTION:Write is selected normally by a read/write mode changeover switch 39, an own station address setting means is matched to an opposite station address desired to be set, a load control switch 32 corresponding to the address is depressed to write the data in a storage means 36. If the opposite station address of a control device 38 is not clear at read, or the switch 39 selects the read and a load control switch 32 is depressed, all words of a block corresponding to the load control switch 32 are read from the storage means 36 through a read means 30 sequentially. Then whether the data of each word is normal or in error is decided 37 in this case and it is reported to an arithmetic processing means.
