PURPOSE:To have only to communicate only a required item as to a communication slip at message transmission/reception by superimposing a required communication item onto a format of a communication slip stored earlier and outputting the result after the end of reception of a message. CONSTITUTION:A receiving side equipment 11 stores once a character code group to a picture information storage section 15 in the incoming state. Then after the end of reception of an original, the format of a communicationslip and a character code group stored in the section 15 earlier are transferred to a character generator 16. The character generator 16 applies font processing to the character generator group into a corresponding character group and the character group is aligned to the picture information of the format of the communication slip and superimposes them. Then the result of superimposition is outputted from a picture information output section 17.
