PURPOSE:To control a remote control moving device having no path, by an infrared photodetecting part having a reflection mirror for reflecting and leading an infrared remote control signal which has come from all directions of the periphery of a body, to a remote control means. CONSTITUTION:On the upper part of a body 1, an infrared photodetecting part 12 having a reflection mirror 11 having a parabolic surface is provided in a projecting shape, and the reflection mirror 11 is held by a supporting member 13 which has been made of a resin such as acryl, etc., having an infrared penetrability, and the supporting member 13 constitutes a light intake part of an infrared remote control signal 9. The infrared remote control signal 9 transmits through the supporting member 13, reflected by the reflection mirror 11, goes to the inside of the body 1, and received by a remote control means 10. The infrared remote control signal 9 is received by a receiving means 14 for constituting the remote control means 10, and a signal is transmitted to a decision processing means 15 for constituting the remote control means 10 in the same way. The decision processing means 15 brigs the signal to a decision processing, brings power supplied from a power source, to a transfer control, and controls a driving means 4 and a steering means 7.
