PURPOSE:To certainly supply a proper amount of a powder to the tip of a pen, by relatively rotating a receiving pipe having the powder received therein and a spiral body and successively guiding the powder for cosmetics or writing forwardly by the spiral inclined surface of the spiral body. CONSTITUTION:When the tip 2 of a pen is slightly inclined downwardly and an operation knob 8 is rotated with respect to a shaft cylinder 1 by a fingertip, the spiral body 6 fixed to the knob 8 also integrally rotates. Since the powder received in a receiving pipe 3 is preliminarily moved to the vicinity of the forward small diameter part 5 of the receiving pipe 3 under its own wt., the powder is led out little by little to be introduced into the forward small diameter part 5 by the rotation of the spiral body 6 while the forward movement thereof under its own wt. is suppressed by the spiral inclined surface 7 of the spiral body 6 and supplied in the tip 2 of the pen by the spiral inclined surface 7 displacing under rotation. At this time, by appropriately regulating the rotation of the operation knob 8, the supply amount of the powder becomes a desired one. |
